Rustic Chocolate Fudge Cake

Before the New Year hits and we all start our resolutions of healthy eating, I have to tell y'all about this amazingly easy chocolate fudge cake.  When Eric and I got married we got a gift from a cousin of mine that I thought was super creative. It was a cake pan and all the ingredients for this fudge cake. I can easily say this has been the gift that keeps giving!! You're welcome all my Chocoholics!

Rustic Chocolate Fudge Cake

1 Chocolate Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup of Water
1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1 (4 oz.) Box of Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1 Jar of your favorite Hot Fudge ice cream topping (I used Hershey)

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bundt cake pan. Mix dry pudding, chocolate chips, and cake mix. Add eggs one at a time stirring after each one. Add water and oil. Mix ingredients for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into the greased pan and bake for 33 minutes. Remove cake and let completely cool. Once cooled, flip cake onto your favorite cake stand, warm hot fudge topping and drizzle over the top of the cake.

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and has fun plans for the new year! I'm so grateful for the birth of our savior Jesus Christ and for his sacrifice that makes it possible for us to all return to live with our Father in Heaven. The best gift we've received this year has been our little Tyson. He's almost 5 months and has the sweetest personality in the world. It's so fun to watch him grow and be so curious about the world around him. He's been my little gym buddy and enjoys flirting with all the ladies at the gym.

Love you Ty!!
