Show Location, Dates, and Times:

Where: Infinite Energy Arena
             6400 Sugarloaf Pkwy
        Duluth, GA 30097

Tickets:

Q: How much do they cost?
A: Tickets start as low as $20 and can go up to $99

To purchase you can either call (770)626-2464 or by going to www.infiniteenergycenter.com on the website you'll see a contact if you're interested in group rate pricing.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: I called to get a clear answer for this. What I was told is that you can purchase tickets at the gate IF there are seats available.

Tip: While on the phone I asked if it was cheaper to buy tickets at the gate or prior to event. They said regardless of when you purchase, to  purchase through the box office (the number and website above) their prices won't change. Do this to avoid any commission fees that other ticket vendors typically charge.

Seats are reserved though, so you will want to purchase your tickets sooner than later to snag good ones. As you can imagine, tickets sell quickly and you want to make sure your 3 year old has a clear shot of the action!

Q: Are there any coupons or discounts for Disney on Ice?
A: Occasionally specials can be posted to the Disney on Ice Facebook Page

Disney on Ice 100 Years of Magic Show FAQs:

Q: What time do doors open?
A: Doors open one hour prior to show.

Q: How Long is the show?
A: Total runtime (including a 15 minute intermission) is 1 hour 50 min

Q: What Characters will be featured?
A: Pinocchio, Finding Nemo, Beauty and the Beast, Princesses (Cinderella, Ariel, Tiana, Jazmine, Rapunzel, Snow White), Frozen characters, Toy Story, Mulan, Lion King, and Mickey&Friends

Q:What should I bring?

A: They will have a merchandise area where you can get fun souvenirs. Before and during the show glow in the dark wands and accessories will be sold. The kids go CRAZY for this kind of stuff (adds to the magic) BUT usually the cost at the event is just as crazy and you end up spending $12-$20 for some little thing. INSTEAD..... I found some fun inexpensive options you can order ahead of time and give them to the kiddos once you're seated.

Q: How should I dress?
A: The arena will be about 10 degrees cooler than what it is outside. Even if it's a beautiful day plan on bringing a light jacket. Other than that, it's very casual dress (family friendly). You could dress your kids up in their favorite character which is always so cute to see. I also like how they have character t-shirts so if you don't want to go all out, your kids can still feel "dressed up"

Q: Are Cameras allowed?
A: Disney and Infinite Arena both state non-professional cameras (no detachable lenses) are acceptable as long as it is just for personal use. No videotaping/recording is allowed.
